2003 and Michael has now
won the Championship 3 years in a row.
So Ecclestone & co have The idea that changing the scoring system might stop
him...But - No I think not.
2003 does produce a much closer battle but Michael wins the championship by 2 points from Kimi Raikkonen
(Mclaren).
Montoya (Williams)is 3rd on 82 points & Rubens 4th on 65.
With 5 retirements for Rubens, one for Michael and the Bridgestone tyres not working as well at every race, This year proves
not as easy. The fact that Raikkonen & Montoya both had cars that could actually finish races this year also
made
something of a difference,Also Renault were on the upturn with 1 win & several podiums
But at the end of the Season
Michael Schumacher is now A Record Breaking 6 Times World Champion
Ferrari take the Constructors title on 159 points, 14 points clear of Williams-BMW. & Mclaren are 3rd on 142
The
Schumacher / Barrichello combination proving positive again with Ferrari's 5th consecutive constructors title.
